our story
Founded by Kaitlyn Schlacks in 2024, Sage is a from-scratch cafe in downtown Columbia, MO — where everything from the croissants to the coffee is made in-house, every day.
Exposed brick. A crystal chandelier. Dark woodwork warmed by morning light. We built a space that feels both elevated and completely at home — and we'd love for you to stay a while.
